When you click on a job from your main dashboard, you are taken to the Candidate Dashboard. This is your mission control for the role. All incoming candidates will automatically appear in the New Applicants tab. This view is designed to give you all the information you need at a glance, organized into three main panels.

This tool is especially useful for the initial vetting of candidates to ensure they are real people and to quickly access their professional profiles.
Directly below the candidate's name and current role, you will find a "Links" section. These are not links from the candidate's resume; they are dynamically generated search links to help you research the candidate across the web.
