It’s basically an AI assistant that helps you screen candidates a lot faster. It reads application information such as CV, cover letter, and other online profiles, scores them based on what you’re looking for, and surfaces the best ones. It also gives reasoning of why someone’s a good fit. So you can spend less time trawling through CVs and more time with the right people.

▶︎ How does A·Minds work?

A·Minds uses the latest frontier AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to score and rank candidates based on evaluation criteria you provide/approve. This means you can go beyond 'keywords' and use natural language for infinitely more nuanced criteria. It then evaluates every applicant and provides you a ranked list to review alongside a detailed breakdown of its reasoning.

It's a simple plug-and-play integration via API or our integrations available in the ATS's marketplace. A·Minds gets all the data it needs from your ATS - jobs, candidates, applications, stages, etc. Always on, always in-sync, it's built to frictionlessly slot into your existing workflows.

A·Minds works with all ATSs that support API integrations. We already have integrations with Greenhouse, Lever, Teamtailor, Ashby, BreezyHR but we add more faster than we update our FAQs. A·Minds is engineered for the needs of the recruitment industry following best practices for data storage and handling. All PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is removed from application data before AI evaluation ensuring candidate anonymity, and dramatically reducing the risk of bias. Furthermore, none of the application data is used for training AI systems.

▶︎ What about bias in AI evaluations?

A·Minds is designed from the ground up to be bias-free. We do this in 3 ways:

  1. Our platform anonymizes candidate data by removing PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before AI evaluation, and applies the same criteria to every applicant. You get to set the criteria, see the scoring and reasoning, and adjust as needed. So you're always in control.
  2. A·Minds does not automatically take decisions on candidates, contact them, or move them through your funnel.
  3. We work with leading AI compliance agencies to ensure our AI evaluations are bias-free.

No. A·Minds is a decision-support tool, not a decision-making tool. It automates the top-of-funnel screening process by aggregating, summarizing, and scoring information based on your criteria. It provides you with all the data and insights to make an informed choice, but the final hiring decisions are always made by you and your team.
