Once your ATS is connected, your open jobs will automatically appear in A·Minds. This guide covers how to manage these jobs, refine their descriptions with AI, and define the scoring criteria that A·Minds will use to evaluate candidates.

Properly setting up your job criteria is the most important step to ensure accurate and effective candidate screening.

1. How Jobs are Added to A·Minds

There are two ways to get a job into the A·Minds platform.

Method 1: Automatic Sync from Your ATS (Recommended)

A·Minds is designed to be a screening layer on top of your existing ATS (like Lever). The primary and recommended workflow is:

  1. Create and publish a new job in your ATS as you normally would.
  2. A·Minds will automatically detect the new job and import it into your Job Dashboard.
  3. All key information, including the job title, metadata (location, department, etc.), and the full job description, will be synced.

Your ATS remains the single source of truth, ensuring data consistency across both platforms.

Method 2: Adding a Job Manually

For situations where a role isn't in your ATS yet (e.g., you want to test a job description) or for special one-off projects, you can add a job manually.
