The Organization settings area is where you can configure A·Minds to match your team's specific recruitment workflows, manage communication templates, and control your personal account security.
To access these settings, click on Organization in the main navigation menu on the left.

This tab allows you to set up your default hiring pipeline and scheduling preferences.

Scheduling Link
- What it is: This is your personal or team scheduling link (e.g., from Calendly, Cal.com, or another provider).
- How it's used: When you shortlist a candidate and send them an email, you can use the
{{calendarLink}} variable in your message template. A·Minds will automatically insert the URL you've saved here, making it easy for candidates to book a time to speak with you.
- To set it up: Paste your full scheduling URL into the "Scheduling Link" field and click Save Changes.
Pipeline Configuration
A·Minds will import the hiring pipelines you've already created in your ATS. This section lets you define the default "entry" stages for when you action a candidate.
- Select Pipeline to Configure: If you have multiple pipelines in your ATS (e.g., one for Tech roles, one for Commercial roles), choose the one you wish to configure from the dropdown.
- Shortlist Stage: Select the default stage a candidate should be moved to in your ATS when you click the "Shortlist" button in A·Minds. This is typically a stage like "Recruiter Screen," "Phone Screen," or "CV Review."
- Archive Stage: Select the stage a candidate should be moved to in your ATS when you click the "Archive" button. This is usually "Rejected," "Archived," or a similar stage.
